Vertali is a specialist mainframe services company trusted by global enterprises to keep their most critical systems resilient, secure, and future‑ready. We combine deep technical expertise with a modern, people‑first approach to developing talent. Our consultants work at the heart of the world's most important organisations — banks, governments, insurers, and infrastructure providers — ensuring the systems that run the global economy stay reliable every second of every day.

We don't just maintain mainframes; we help organisations modernise them, automate them, and build the next generation of engineers who will shape their future. Through our New To Z (NTZ) pathway, Vertali invests in potential, grows capability, and turns curiosity into professional mastery.

If you want to work with technology that actually matters — and join a team that values clarity, integrity, and real engineering skill — Vertali is where you build a meaningful career.

Mainframes run the world — quietly, reliably, and at a scale no other platform can match. Every time someone withdraws cash, checks in for a flight, pays a bill, or receives their salary, a mainframe is working behind the scenes. It's the backbone of global finance, national infrastructure, and mission‑critical operations.

A career in the mainframe world gives you:

  • Impact: You work on systems that millions rely on every day.
  • Scarcity value: Mainframe engineers are in high demand and short supply.
  • Future security: Organisations aren't moving away from mainframes — they're modernising them.
  • Deep technical mastery: It's engineering at its purest: performance, reliability, automation, and problem‑solving at scale.
  • A clear career runway: With fewer people entering the field, those who do rise quickly.

If you want a career with purpose, progression, and real technical depth, the mainframe world isn't just an option — it's an advantage.
